Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your item to cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment via Stripe.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake.
Do I need an account to purchase?
No, you can checkout as a guest.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Stripe, including credit/debit cards and supported payment methods.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days within Malaysia.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track it on our Tracking page.
Which courier do you use?
We currently use J&T Express for all deliveries.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Delivery times depend on the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or significantly not as described.
How do I request a return?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with photo/video proof.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
No. All sales are final unless the item is defective.

Are your products brand new?
We sell both new and pre-owned items. Product condition will always be stated clearly.
What does pre-owned mean?
Pre-owned items may have minor signs of use but are tested and fully functional unless stated otherwise.
Do products come with warranty?
Warranty depends on the product. Please refer to individual product listings for details.
Will I receive exactly what is shown?
Yes, unless stated otherwise. Some images may be for illustration purposes.
Vouchers
How do I use a voucher code?
Enter your voucher code at checkout before payment.
Why is my voucher not working?
Possible reasons include an expired voucher, minimum spend not met, or usage limit reached.
Stock & Availability
Are items always in stock?
All items listed are based on real stock. If an item is out of stock, it will not be available for purchase.
What happens if I buy an item that goes out of stock?
We will offer either a full refund or a replacement if available.
