2. Products & Condition

We sell both new products and pre-owned products.

• Pre-owned items may show signs of use.
• Condition will be described as accurately as possible.
• Minor imperfections may not always be listed.
• All product images are for illustration unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in MYR (RM).
• Prices may change at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse. You will be notified if your order is cancelled.

5. Payment

We use Stripe for secure payments.

• All payments are processed securely.
• We do not store your card details.
• Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.

6. Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery time depends on courier service.
• Tracking will be provided after shipment.
• We are not responsible for courier delays or lost/damaged items caused by shipping providers.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are generally final unless stated otherwise. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or significantly not as described.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• You must provide proof such as photo or video.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• We do not accept returns for minor cosmetic issues on pre-owned items.

8. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. If stock runs out after purchase, we will offer a refund or replacement.

9. Vouchers & Promotions

• Voucher codes must be applied at checkout.
• Voucher codes cannot be combined unless stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel misuse of vouchers.

10. User Responsibility

You agree not to use the website for illegal purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt the website, or abuse the checkout system.

11. Limitation Of Liability

Nichespace is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data or profit, or product misuse. Use of products is at your own risk.
